Instructions:
Cook the Black Eyed Pea, which will take approximately 15 minutes. Drain and rinse it with cold water to cool it down.
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the dressing. You can use a small whisk to combine the olive oil with water.
Wash the lettuce and tear it into smaller pieces.
Cube the cheese and slice the dried Jackfruit.
Arrange the salad on a plate or in a bowl, drizzle it with the dressing, and savor the healthiness flowing down your throat!
