Ingredients

Ingredients for 3 servings:
A’la Tuna Paprikash 2 cans
chickpea or wheat flour  4 tablespoons
parsley bunch; chopped 4 łyżki 
cinnamon  1 teaspoon
salt and pepper for the patties pinch of each
plant-based cream for sauces 400ml
fresh dill 4 tablespoons chopped
white onion / shallot 1 medium
garlic 4 cloves
salt and pepper for the sauce 1/2 teaspoon
plant-based butter 1 tablespoon
potato slice 2 packets (ready-made, frozen)
olive oil 2 tablespoons
smoked paprika 1 tablespoon
salt for the potato slice 1/2 teaspoon

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Start with the patties. Transfer the Paprikash to a medium bowl. Add flour, spices, parsley, and mix well. Set aside.
  2. For the dill sauce: chop the shallot and garlic. Melt the plant-based butter in a pan. Add the chopped vegetables and season with salt. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the plant-based cream and pepper. Season with salt if needed. Finally, add the chopped dill.
  3. Talarki z ziemniaków wyłóż na blaszkę do pieczenia. Dopraw solą, oliwą oraz papryką wędzoną. Piecz przez 10-15 minut, aż ziemniaczki będą lekko przypieczone.
  4. Form small patties (1 tablespoon of mixture - 1 patty). Heat oil for frying in a pan. Fry the patties over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with your favorite coleslaw or salad.
