How to prepare

  1. Cook sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, add the sushi vinegar and mix well. Cover and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth - yes, it's that simple :)
  3. Chop the spring onions. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Cut the nori into 4 equal squares. If you have a large mold, you can use larger squares.
  5. Place a heaping teaspoon of rice on each nori sheet. Position it over the hole in the mold and press down with the back of the spoon until the nori with rice fills the mold.
  6. If desired, add more rice, but remember that we will be adding toppings on top!
  7. Once all the squares are filled, bake the rice with nori in the oven. It takes just 10 minutes.
  8. Fill the sushi cups with tuna, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Ready!
  9. * It's best to eat them fresh, as nori quickly absorbs moisture and becomes soft.
