Ingredients

 

Ingredients for 3 servings:
A’la Tuna in Oil 1 can
canned corn 1 can
red pepper 1/2 piece
fresh basil 2 tablespoons chopped
salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon each
wheat flour 1/2 cup
instant semolina 1/3 cup
blant-based milk 1/2 cup
vinegar 1/2 tablespoon

How to prepare

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, muffin tin, and preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Drain the corn, dice the bell pepper and chop the basil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, quinoa, salt, and pepper. Add the plant-based milk and vinegar.
  4. Mix well and add the remaining ingredients - vegetables and A'la Tuna from the can.
  5. Stir and spoon the mixture into greased muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 22 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing them.
  7. Enjoy hot or cold :)
