A'la Tuna in Oil  1 can
long-grain rice 1/2 cup (dry)
canned corn 1 can
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
chives chopped, 2 tablespoons
pickled cucumbers 3 pieces
red onion 1/3 medium onion

How to prepare

  1. Cook the rice until it's fluffy, but not overcooked, to avoid it becoming mushy. Let it cool.
  2. Finely chop the onion and pickled cucumbers. Drain the corn.
  3. Mix the can of A'la Tuna with the cooled rice and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Ready to serve!
